- Proven plumbing experience
- Registered, and you issue invoices with NIF
- Enough English for a quote and a simple chat
- Punctual, and quick to reply
- Liability insurance (recommended)
- For gas work: gas technician certification
Frequently asked questions
How does the English check work?
After you apply you get a link by email: 4 spoken questions and one written message, about 10 minutes, on your phone. If you cannot record, send voice notes or book a video call. The confirmed level shows on your profile; English-language jobs go to plumbers with good or better.
Do credits expire?
Prepaid credits stay in your account while it is active. They are not refundable as cash, except in the cases set out in the terms.
Do I need fluent English?
No. We check your spoken English in a short online interview and show only the checked level: basic, good, fluent or native. Many clients prefer written messages, and the quote and invoice are in writing.
How long does approval take?
Usually 2 working days: we read your application and you do the online English check (about 10 minutes). Then you get an email to set your password, and your free credits.
Can I manage my current clients here?
Yes. Add them as your own clients and book their jobs in the same diary, with no credits: only new jobs from the site use credits.
