How it works

  1. Tell us who it is for

    Name, amount and, if you like, a message. You can have the voucher sent to you to hand over in person.

  2. Pay by MB WAY or bank transfer

    You get the instructions by email. As soon as the payment arrives, the voucher goes out, usually the same day.

  3. The recipient uses it on a job

    They enter the code when accepting a quote. They pay the plumber only the difference; we pay the plumber the rest. The voucher is valid for a year and can be used across several jobs.

€50 usually covers a small repair, such as a tap or a toilet cistern; €150, servicing and small repairs on a water heater.

Frequently asked questions

Does the voucher expire?

One year from the day it is sent. It can be used across several jobs until the amount runs out.

What if the job costs more than the voucher?

The recipient pays the difference directly to the plumber, as with any job, against an invoice.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, as long as the voucher has not been used, up to 14 days after payment. Write to us.
