    The type of job, what is wrong, a few photos, your area and when. Two minutes, free. Without an account, you confirm by email.

  2. Up to 3 plumbers take it

    We show it to vetted plumbers who cover your area and that type of work. Up to 3 of them take it and send a quote; then it closes. They see your contact details only if you reply to them.

  3. Compare the quotes

    Price, timing, reviews, English level, insurance and invoices side by side. Ask questions by message.

  4. Choose and pay directly

    Accept one quote and a time. Pay the plumber against an invoice with your NIF, then leave a review.

    Reviews from other clients, call-out fee and hourly rate, photos of their work, areas.

  3. Contact them

    Your request goes to that plumber only: nobody else sees it. They reply with questions or a quote.

  4. No reply in 48 hours?

    We offer to send your request, already filled in, to up to 3 other plumbers for quotes. Only if you want.

3 · Urgent

As soon as possible, within hours

For leaks, burst pipes, no water or a blocked toilet there are no quotes to compare: we alert many plumbers at once, and the first one who accepts comes to you and says when they will be there.

  1. A short request

    The problem, the address and your mobile number. No email confirmation: minutes matter.

  2. Alerts in waves

    First the plumbers available now in your area; after a few minutes, a wider area. You see how many have been alerted.

  3. Who is coming and what it costs

    Name, photo, reviews, checked English, call-out fee and hourly rate, and when they will be there: within 30 minutes, 1, 2 or 4 hours, or later today. Call or WhatsApp them. Free cancellation in the first few minutes after they accept.

  4. If nobody accepts

    If nobody accepts quickly, you can keep waiting or get quotes instead. It is free for you; you pay the plumber directly, against an invoice.

Do I have to accept a quote?

No. Posting is free of any commitment. If no quote suits you, close the job in your account.

How do you know a plumber speaks English?

Every plumber does a short interview with us: they answer real-life questions out loud and write a message to a client. Our team listens and gives a level. Only that checked level shows on the profile ("English checked · Fluent"), and jobs marked "English, please" only go to plumbers with checked English of good or better.

Who sees my details?

Until you reply, plumbers see only the problem, the photos, the area, the urgency and your first name. Your phone and email: only the plumbers you reply to or whose quote you accept. Your full address: only the one you choose.

Is the quote a fixed price?

Sometimes. For simple jobs many give a fixed price; for hidden leaks or blockages a diagnosis price followed by the final figure is common. Confirm in writing what is included and whether IVA is included.

What if the plumber needs to see the place first?

It is normal for bigger jobs. The quote says whether the diagnosis visit is charged; many deduct it if you go ahead.

Do the plumbers work on gas?

Only those who are certified gas technicians, and their profile says so. To install or move a gas water heater or boiler, always ask for a certified gas technician.

Can I call the same plumber again?

Yes. Save them to your favourites and contact them again from their profile: the request goes to them only.
