Frequently asked questions
Is low pressure my problem or the water company's?
If your neighbours have it too, contact your municipality's water company. If it is only your home, the cause is usually in your own pipes.
Why does my pump keep switching on?
Usually a small leak, or the pressure tank has lost its air. Both are common, and both can be fixed.
Can the pressure be too high?
Yes. Very high pressure strains taps and pipes. A pressure reducer after the meter solves it.
